AP provides you with 24 hour, 7 days a week access to our Client Extranet where you can view your project milestones, status, activity, initiate requests and upload and view project documents at your convenience. All project communication and documentation is routed through teh Client Extranet so that all participants have access to the information necessary to keep the project on track.

Account Management
Your Account Executive is responsible for maintaining and cultivating a strong business relationship with your organization and for working with your team leaders to ensure you're getting a return on your investment from your relationship with Alejandrino Partners. She/he is actively involved with all projects AP is engaged in on your behalf, ensuring that all strategic objectives and timelines are achieved. This includes meeting with key stakeholders on each project to understand the objectives, messaging direction, available resources, constraints and desired timeline in order to develop a creative brief that serves as the roadmap for successful project. Your AE will also stay abreast of developments in your industry and is continuously on the look out for emerging marketing opportunities to help you achieve your organizational goals. Your AE is accessible via office phone, mobile phone and email during normal business hours and beyond.
Project Coordinator
Your Project Coordinator provides administrative support and works with your AE to ensure all project details are attended to. Your Project Coordinator is also accessible via office phone, mobile phone and email during normal business hours and beyond.
Production Manager
Your Production Manager will oversee the production aspect of the project and to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness. They will interface with vendors to ensure quality in finished product.
